Scopes
The ZoltVPN Reseller API key scopes (read, purchase, manage and notify), what each one allows, and the error a call outside its scope returns.
| Scope | Allows |
|---|---|
read | Every GET: account, plans and prices, clients and their expiry, usage, codes, wallet. Every key has it. |
purchase | Everything that charges your wallet: new clients, renewals, extra devices, static IPs, extra data, codes; voiding a code. |
manage | Support actions: suspend, resume and disconnect a client. |
notify | Send push notifications to your clients (Push notifications). |
A call outside the key's scopes answers 403 insufficient_scope with "required": "purchase".
Give a key only what it needs. A reporting dashboard needs read only.
